+ we accept replacement of items due to sizing issues
+ all orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery
+ the item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. shoes must not be returned with worn soles

+ leather ages and develops a patina (darker shade)

+ we do not recommend washing using a washing machine

our footwear sizes are based on a general size chart (us).

for specific styles/cases, we recommend the following:

slides: true to size fit

mules: size up by one size

hook-and-loop: size up by one size

half sizes: if in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. [i.e. 6.5 should sizeupto a 7]

wide feet: size up by one size

Pretty but not comfy

Loved it right out of the box but the first time i wore them my feet started to hurt only after a couple of hours, especially my heels. They look similar to my favorite mules that i bought from another local brand. Wore them a lot for years so they got worn out. The style is unfortunately no longer available so i got these. Sad to say i dont think i can wear this much until i buy added cushioning for the sole
